Pump protection device against “dry running” UZND V-K
The device is intended for completing electric pumping units of the KhTsM Q / H V-K type. Provides automatic shutdown of the pump during dry running (without pumped liquid). The device consists of a pressure threshold alarm and a switching unit.
Description
Principle of operation
When the pressure (pressure) of the pumped liquid at the pump outlet drops to the response threshold (pressure switch setting value), the pressure threshold indicator sends a signal to the switching unit, and the switching unit starter disconnects the pump motor from the power supply. The power supply of the device is carried out from the consumer’s starting device connected to a three-phase alternating current network with a voltage of 380V ± 10%, a frequency of 50 Hz ± 2% with a dead-grounded neutral.
