Components for automobile assemblies

Using powder iron (materials according to GOST 28378) with added alloying ingredients such as copper, nickel, molybdenum, carbon, and sulphur, parts of hydraulic and gas-filled shock absorbers for VAZ, GAZ, UAZ automobiles (cases, pistons, guide bushings, including versions with metal-fluoroplastic inserts and windows for damping fluid transmission, protective rings, restrictor plates and compression valve plates, etc.) are produced. The company manufactures a wide range of bushings made of copper-base and iron-base antifriction materials (according to GOST 26802) for friction unit repair of bus and trolleybus fleet.

Components feature a high grade of surface roughness and dimensional accuracy, intricacy of shapes and high performance properties. Parts are treated with steam thermal oxidation, if necessary.
